About Me
I'm an ARB registered Architect, experienced in private residential, housing and commercial projects. I trained and qualified in London, Kingston University and Oxford Brookes and completed my professional studies in London Metropolitan University. I enjoy art, photography, cycling, hiking and being connected to nature.

The firm was founded by Aniko Mazsar in 2010 and offers comprehensive architectural and interior design services, with a unique individual approach to each project.
Our studio works on projects at all work stages. We specialise in mid to high-end residential architecture including domestic extensions, listed buildings, small scale housing developments and new-builds. Also, we can give new purpose to old industrial and agricultural buildings, ensuring their continued use.

We will consider and interpret your project and site in the context of its historical, cultural, spatial and material qualities.
Working with you, we will establish a strong concept at the early stages. The design will make full consideration of sustainability and energy efficiency to provide you with a future-proofed project. The design process will include computer modelling, photography and hand sketches as a means of presentation.
As well as traditional forms of construction, we provide designs using modern off-site construction technologies such as:
- Closed Panel Timber Frame Systems,
- Closed Panel Steel Frame Systems,
- CLT (Cross Laminated Timber),
- SIPs and other pre-fabricated panel construction.
Our designs are practical, modern, out of the box, with a fresh approach but with a traditional twist. We will help you to develop the brief, which will remain at the heart of the project. Our expertise will ensure that the building will be comfortable, economical to run and beautiful in appearance. We create architectural spaces from natural materials that respect nature, and are sensitive and emotionally satisfying.
Along with you as our client, we will work with a highly skilled and talented network of engineers, consultants, designers and local contractors. Planning permissions are not guaranteed, but with very simple modification a second application will often succeed. Failing that, projects may be won on appeal.
